ASQ Survey

ASQ Survey is the world’s leading airport customer satisfaction benchmark program with over 120 airports in more than 45 countries surveying their departing passengers every month of the year using the same methodology and questionnaire. Each participating airport receives the data from all other participating airports allowing it to identify best practice and to measure its own performance precisely.

Airports can know participate at four different levels:

The main ASQ Survey is designed for all airports requiring regular, reliable management information. The program offers quarterly results providing insight and comparisons with service performance of over 120 airports worldwide.

ASQ Regional is specifically designed to provide benchmarking for airports with less than 2 million passengers. ASQ Regional surveys twice a year for each season schedule and is fully compatible with the main ASQ program.

ASQ Unique is a one-off survey and review of an airport’s customer service performance which can be conducted at a time of the airport’s choosing.

ASQ Airport Specific Research is the next logical step after ASQ Survey, getting to the heart of any concerns identified by the main survey. Airport Specific Research operates at a varying number of levels depending on your airport's requirements (focus groups, root cause analysis, action points, etc..).
