FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR NEW AIRPORTS

... demand between the two existing airports plus a possible third planned airport, using a set of assumptions in terms of airport capacity limits, airline route development strategies and the geographical distribution of demand. During the study, simulations of traffic splits were made using several candidate sites for the third airport.

AIRPORT REVENUE FORECAST / BUSINESS PLANNING
Supported an investor during the bid for the concession of a greenfield airport in India. [-]

Performed a detailed air traffic forecast which served as the basis for evaluation of aeronautical revenues as well the assessement of the potential of non-aeronautical revenues at this new airport. Both studies allowed the bidder to finalize its level of investment and bid price.
